Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing, setting up, and using the CallEase Application on Windows and Mac devices.

The installer will automatically start downloading. Complete the installation process and launch the application.
Credentials
To use the app, you will need your CallEase Portal username and password. If you do not already have an End User Portal login and/or password, contact your technical support representative.

Account Setup
Step | Action |

Main Tabs
All primary tabs are grouped on the left side of the screen:

Keypad | Place calls to specific numbers. The keypad interface is the starting point for exploring features. |
Contact | A-Z contact list with search bar. Access Quick Dial, Contact, and call groups from the drop-down menu. |
History | View recent call logs for your device. |
Messages | Send, receive, and manage text messages. |
Features | Manage your call queue participation. Log in to receive calls from assigned queues, or log out to temporarily stop receiving queue calls |
Do Not Disturb | Temporarily silence all incoming calls and notifications. When enabled, calls will be sent directly to voicemail or follow your custom forwarding rules. |
Settings | Customize your app experience, manage your account, configure notifications and sound, control call recording, access troubleshooting tools, and reset the application. |
Keypad
The Keypad functions similarly to a regular phone, allowing you to place calls. The keypad interface is the starting point for exploring features and customization options.
Contacts
Contacts has a list of all your contacts from A to Z with a search bar. You can access Quick Dial, Phone System Contact, and Office365.

Add a New Contact

Messages
The message icon is located on the far right of the contact, allowing you to send, receive, and manage text messages.

➡️To send a message: Click the message icon, type your message, and press Enter or use the arrow.

History
The History tab stores all recent call logs for your device.

Messages
Send and receive text messages (SMS) with full conversation history. Record and send audio messages via SMS using your computer's microphone — perfect for quick communication without typing. View contact initials, timestamps, and playback audio attachments directly in the chat window.

Features
Manage your call queue participation. Log in to receive calls from assigned queues, or log out to temporarily stop receiving queue calls — perfect for breaks, meetings, or when you need focus time. Your status updates immediately so your team always knows your availability.

Call Queue Graphs
Visualize your call activity with real-time performance graphs. Track call volume trends by hour or by day to better understand peak periods, staffing needs, and usage patterns.

Do Not Disturb
Temporarily silence all incoming calls and notifications. When enabled, calls will be sent directly to voicemail or follow your custom forwarding rules. A status message "Do Not Disturb is now enabled" confirms the feature is active.

Settings
Settings allow you to personalize your app, phone number, ringtone, and access privacy policies.
To access Settings: Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner.

About
View which version of the application you're using. Navigate to Settings > About.

Accounts
Configure your CallEase account and authorize access to Office 365 contacts. Navigate to Settings > Accounts.

Edit Existing Account

Notifications
Configure ringtones and text tones. Navigate to Settings > Notifications. The drop-down box allows you to choose your preferred Ringtone and Text tone.

Sound
Customize loudness, echo cancellation, output speaker, microphone, and ringtone audio output. Navigate to Settings > Sound.
Important: The optimal sound settings are activated by default. It is NOT advised to modify these parameters. Bluetooth must be enabled for headsets and car integration to function.

Call Recording
Calls can be recorded and played back later. Navigate to Settings > Recording. The drop-down box allows you to specify when recorded files will be automatically erased.

Controls
Control how the application behaves. Navigate to Settings > Control.

Log Out
Logs you out of the CallEase application.
Reset Application
Resetting your app returns it to its original state, wiping all settings and history.
