Record your personal voicemail greeting

From Your User Portal

• Access the portal using the link we provided you: {yourportal.com}

• Enter your username and password.

• Click Log In to connect to the portal.

  

• Click on Messages.

• Click on the Settings tab.

• In the Welcome Message section, click on the Manage icon to record a message.

• Click on Add Greeting

  

For an AI-generated welcome message:

• Check the Text-to-Speech option.

• Enter the text of your message.

• Select the language (French or English).

• Select the desired voice.

• Click Save.

To upload a message from your computer:

• Check the Upload option.

• Enter your message's name.

• Click Browse to find the file on your computer.

• Upload your file using the Upload button.

• Click Done.

NOTE: In the Choose File to Upload dialog box, select a WAV or MP3 recording file from your PC, and then click Open.

No other file format is allowed.

To record a message using your own voice:

• Check the Record option.

• Enter your message's name.

• In the Call me at field, choose your extension or your cellphone number.

• Click the Call button.

  • The system will call you.

  • Follow the instructions to record your message.

  • Once your message is recorded, it will appear in the portal.

• Click Done once finished.

• Return to the Welcome Message section.

• From the drop-down menu, select the message you want your callers to hear.

• Click Save.

From your Web Phone

• Access your Web Phone.

• In the left-hand menu, click on Welcome Message.

• Click on the + to add a welcome message.

• Click on the microphone.

• Record your message.

• Enter the name of your welcome message.

• Click Save.
